About IITF

Digital technologies open the gate for humanity to explore and reside in cyberspace. In our quest for digital opportunities we trust and believe that the values common to us all, our fundamental human rights as manifested in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), are strong enough to overcome our fear of the unknown and the experience of lawlessness in this new land.

The Internet Integrity Task Force (IITF) unites all stakeholder groups in the belief that to sustain ourselves and our use of digital technologies it is necessary to extend our fundamental human rights fully into cyberspace.

The IITF observes, educates the strengthens our fundamental human rights in Cyberspace.

IITF is a non-profit registered in Delaware/USA.

IITF creates win/win situations for everybody

Extending the UDHR into cyberspace benefits all sectors:

  • Individuals win as they can enjoy their fundamental rights in cyberspace as they do in the real-world.
  • Civil Society wins as common digital ethical standards encourage cooperation and equality.
  • Governments are enabled to exercise their sovereignty in cyberspace and to protect their citizens in cyberspace.
  • The Private Sector benefits by extending human rights into Cyberspace as it creates trust, a level playing field and effective legal standards, reduces the need for punitive and restrictive regulation and legislation, makes them attractive as employers, instils loyalty and offers digital integrity based new business opportunities.

Internet Governance wins as a universal standard for digital diversity through joint values, creates the basis for much needed mutual cooperation, resulting in effective and just Internet Governance
